Take a glimpse at the world through my eyes...
You might find beauty in the simple things in life.
Some poetry hidden in plain sight.
Sunset Clouds
The end of the day is the start of another. Perhaps we'll transform into something beautiful tomorrow. I'll see you on the other side.

Lightbulb Moment
What do our minds look like when we work through a math problem and suddenly everything just clicks and we have our little "aha!" moment?

Hidden Jungle
Do clovers look like trees to the little critters hiding in the grass? Could the raindrops be liquid diamonds of life that decorate the sea of luscious green?

Between-Doors
We are inside the courtyard, but we can clearly see the daylight above our heads. We are outside of the main buildings, but there's structure all around us. Are we indoors or outdoors?

Along the Fence
Along the fence of a parking lot, I found a few wildflowers beyond human's reach. How beautifully can these flowers grow if you simply admire them behind the chicken wire without touching them?

Silver Lining
In California, it hardly rains; but when it does, the atmosphere changes and people don't seem to know how to act. Maybe if we just search through the clouds even further, there might be a silver lining that was overlooked.

Golden Keys
Submission for Arcadia Lit Mag: "Nostalgia" Edition
Growing up, music was the main core to my childhood, especially piano. Since I was 5 years old, I would practice piano everyday after school playing all kinds of pieces from classical to pop. My dad would sit down next to me and teach me how to play on that very piano, and we were always smiling and laughing during these sessions. The golden afternoon lighting shown upon the piano keys in the photo perfectly captures those nostalgic moments. The piano itself represents music, and the gold lighting represents the golden years of childhood. Music is golden, music can be nostalgic, and I believe that this photo well depicts that connection to the theme Nostalgia.

Perspective
Anyone who wears glasses and has lived through the 2020 pandemic knows the pain when your glasses fog up when wearing a mask at the same time. Here's a little fun visual of what that looks like.
